Location: A fantastic opportunity to create a tranquil, safe waterside destination for East Tottenham.
Vision: Collaboration with adjoining land owners will facilitate the viability and sharing of Combined Heat and Power. Building on a wider Tottenham Hale Masterplan, Hale Waterside will see the transformation of 4.5 acres of underperforming, inappropriately located employment land. Collaboration with adjoining land owners Lee Valley Estates and Haringey Council will ensure synergy with adjacent land incorporated into the design.
