Vision: Tower Works will become a vibrant waterside neighbourhood connected to the city centre that is rooted in the local community as well as it's heritage. It will be a cosmopolitan quarter in which creativity enterprise and sustainability have been woven into the fabric of development and design.
USP: Tower works includes a mixture of town squares, garden spaces, entertainment zones, housing, creative work spaces and lively bars to create a mixed use space for people to live, work and play.
