Location: 1.9 hectares / 4.56 acres where the Grand Union Canal meets the Digbeth Branch Canal in the heart of one of Europe’s major urban regeneration areas.
Vision: Warwick Bar will be a new waterside enterprise quarter, exemplaring in environmental sustainability, inspiring it’s occupiers and visitors by the quality and animation of its spaces, and a spirit of place embedded in the story of its past.

USP: Warwick Bar will be known for its superb waterside public realm spaces; the only place with water on 3 sides in Digbeth, with a public space focussed around the historic Banana Warehouse at it’s heart.
